Needed a new sink in my kitchen and no one seemed to be too interested in removing my old undermount sink with the new one. I called Kelowna Countertops, spoke with Vlad who knew exactly what was required to ensure the switch was made with no damage to my existing granite countertop. There was some grinding that was necessary but Vlad made all efforts to contain the dust. Job was done great, easy company to work with, super responsive and courteous. Would highly recommend them.

I just had 4 large slabs of quartz installed by Kelowna countertops. The quartz has veining in various shades of grey and beige, and looks very beautiful and expensive, yet the price was very reasonable.

Paul did a fantastic job of the slab cutting maximizing every square inch. And when he noticed a problem with the sinks I provided, he invited me to the fabrication shop to explain the issue and demonstrate how the sink was slightly warped and the resulting poor fit. They were then very accommodating with delaying the scheduled install date to allow me the time to find a replacement sink.

I also really appreciate the attention to detail Paul has with the slab layout. For example, in the layout he was careful to place the back and side splashes beside their corresponding vanities so that the veining pattern in the vanity continued perfectly up the wall on the splash. Very nice aesthetic touch that I appreciate!

Vlad did a superb job of the install and provided a completely SEAMLESS countertop, even though one of the pieces was so large it didn’t fit in the oversized elevator and required 4 men to carry it up the stairs! He took great care to address all of my questions, and to ensure that the install was perfect: truly excellent customer-focused service! Even after the install was completed, I received a follow up text from Vlad, making sure that I was happy with my countertops.
